Cork ORIENTATOR
The cap orientator is the machine capable of checking and, if necessary, correcting the cap insertion position when closing the bottle.

The NERI orientator, thanks to its innovative electronic system, is able to orientate any type of cork (cork, synthetic, Helix, Ardea…). In addition, if requested, the machine can be equipped with a vision system that can assess the presence of a mark on the head of the cork and/or even distinguish the “best side” that will come into contact with the product to be bottled (qualitative/defective choice).
The main feature of the machine is its ease of use. Extremely intuitive adjustment and the ability to process any type of cork (natural cork or synthetic). Low noise and easy loading of the hopper. The corks, poured in bulk into the hopper, are channelled through specially designed “paddles” to shake and distribute the corks in an orderly manner to the orientation area, where, one cork at a time, the presence or absence of the chamfer is checked thanks to an extremely precise electronic sensor that is not affected by dust. Then, by means of a return unit, the caps are sent to the capper, autonomously managing the required cap quantity. An inverter is fitted as standard, which adjusts the speed as required. The same inverter can communicate with the capper to self-adjust to the speed of the system. In addition to being able to process and channel bi-directional caps, the machine can also be equipped with various accessories.

NRO mini
The smallest of the orientator family. With its very small size and quiet operation, it is ideal for mobile bottling stations and small cellars. Very convenient for the operator during the loading operation, simple and very quick in format changeover.
NRO EVO
Very small in size, it can produce up to 6000 corks/h . Possibility of remote assistance (on request).
GRAZIA
With the ‘heart’ (orientation) that it shares with the other machines in the orientator range, it is the only one that does not require compressed air when channelling the caps without having to orientate them (in the channelling-only phase – no orientation). Remote assistance, extremely economical maintenance.
SON
Same features as the Grazia model but with a much larger hopper and therefore the possibility of higher speeds (8000 oriented, 11000 channelled only). Remote assistance.
ALFE
High production orientation station. Double orientation station and single wheel with single exit channel to the capper. Very versatile and extremely quiet.
SUPREMA
Three orientation stations and single wheel with single exit channel to the capper. Enlarged hopper for greater autonomy.
EUROPA
Four stations and two wheels with exit channels to the capper. Enlarged hopper for greater autonomy.
