WASHING STATION
Bottles are washed thanks to a mechanic system with clockwise brushes.
The bristles are structured in order to allow the bottle to rotate and the water jets perfectly clean the bottle.
The water consumption is low thanks to special valves.
It is easy and quick to adjust to any bottle size.

DRIER STATION
After the washing station comes the drier station where the bottle rotates and thanks to the air pumps that feed the air blades the bottles are perfectly dried.
The temperature inside the drier tunnel (conveniently isolated) is 30 degrees higher than the room temperature.
The increase of temperature occurs thanks to the convection (high speed air flow caused by mechanic rotors).
If needed it is possible to add resistors that increase temperature up to 90 degrees. When the line stops, air blades can be stopped as well in order to avoid damage to the product inside the bottles in the tunnel (adjustable time range).
Output from 1.500 up to 15.000 bt/h.
