Anti-condensation tunnel
Neri anti-condensation tunnel, completely in stainless steel, is able to increase the temperature of the full bottles of 12-15 degrees in relatively short time (4-5 min.) Times and temperature of the full bottles refer to the 0.75 cl bottle (called “champagnotta”)
– Operating water temperature 30°
Bottles are slighthly plunged in an accumulation table that allows a small overall occupancy area and reduce processing times.
Adjustable water jets allow to wet the bottles along the tunnel (same water temperature of the tank) avoiding the corks to get wet.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERLINE THAT BOTTLES NEVER TOUCH EACH OTHER, THIS ALLOWS A PERFECT AND UNIFORM HEAT EXCHANGE FOR EACH SINGLE BOTTLE.
Subsequently the full bottles go through the drier machine with air produced by high pressure pumps *
Thanks to the heat exchange the condensation will not develop anymore and this allows the tunnel to be installed even at a considerable distance from the labelling machine because condensation will not appear again in the cardboards.
All controls and diagnostics are managed through a 10 “touch panel. Temperatures and levels are constantly monitored by a plc.
It is very important to underline the fact that the machine, thanks to its air conditioning / heat exchange system, saves about 70% compared to traditional methods. The system is created on the basis of the particular needs and specifications of the customer, thus making each piece a unique piece.
Very low management costs with practically non-existent maintenance put it at the top of its hypothetical competitors.

Self-adhesive labels need perfectly dried and condensation free bottles.
Watchword: perfectly dried and witout consensation .
This machine is simple and revolutionary at the same time because, thanks to the slight plunge of cold bottles in lukewarm water (25-30 degrees), it removes the condensation and avoids it to represent again in the event of sudden line stoppage or long after in the cardboards (storage stage).
Thanks to the use of the plunge method the processing times decrease (4-5 min. Inside the tunnel) as well as the energy consumption (70% less compared to traditional methods).
Steam or hot air heat exchanger.
The absence of condensation grants a more rapid and efficient drying process.
