Cap feeding machines

The NERI cap feeder is a machine for conveying caps into one or more pipes directly from a hopper, a wheel gently accompanies the cap.

– All-stainless steel machine with very low noise and ergonomics designed to facilitate the operator’s work.

They do not require format change and have very low noise level.

Caps, poured in bulk into the hopper, are channeled through specially designed “paddles” that shake and distribute in an orderly manner the caps directed to the wheel, which is connected through stainless steel piping to the capper. The flow of the corks is automated through a sensor located at the top of the capper that regulates their correct delivery. The high performance characteristics of this return unit (wheel) allow the installation of the machine even at a considerable distance from the capper. All machines (from 6000 corks/h to bigger machines) are equipped with an inverter that allows to adjust the speed as needed, and if necessary the same inverter can communicate with the capper to self-adjust to the speed of the system
