Bottling Technologies

CORKS

Closure is one of the most important stages of packaging and in this case the cork is brought to the corker by means of a simple ELEVATOR (bulk conveyor), a CHANNELER, from the word itself that identifies the operation performed: channelling the corks from a hopper (bulk) directly into a tube, lined up one behind the other. Finally, the ORIENTATOR, which, in addition to channelling the caps, makes a choice of position based on the chamfer, a mark, a date, etc.

FULL BOTTLES

We are talking specifically about full bottles.
Hence a stage subsequent to closure (caps).
The bottles can be WASHED AND DRYED externally or, if necessary, also CLIMA-COOLED in order to continue with the packaging stage, in this case the labelling process.
REMUAGE WITH GYROPALLET

When it is required to recover the used bottle, this implies the presence of a label, which is normally removed with the pulping operation, and a capsule or cap that withstands the pulping operation.
In this case, both the CAPSULE RASCHER and the SVITATRICE are currently in our production.

Our production is considered standardised, but if necessary all our systems can be customised according to different customer requirements.
